Is our cool-toned interpretation of the beloved Berry Ice Cream quilt originally published by Kaffe Fassett in his book Quilts in the Cotswolds.

While the original design glowed in reds and pinks, this version dives into saturated teals, emerald greens, violets, and orchid tones — creating a lush, peacock-inspired palette full of movement and depth.

Please note: this is not an exact replica of the original quilt. The finished size, fabric quantities, and fabric selections differ from the version published in the book. Peacock Sorbet reflects our own interpretation and construction approach while honoring the spirit of the original design.

With its simple, strip-based construction and forgiving layout, this quilt is wonderfully approachable and ideal for beginners ready to explore bold prints with confidence.
